I think you need to tighten the concave, you may have some "tumbling" going on instead of just rolling the ears through. I have never run that high of a concave setting on mine, usually run from 4.5 to 5.5 most of the time. Try that first and then check your sample. I wouldn't be afraid to raise your fan speed either, maybe go to 1100 or so, but try tightening the concave first.
