| Hi Jon. Many years ago, when mom sold the farm, I worked at a les schwab tire store for a few months. I was given my usual set of tools to use, and it included a tube deflator. Neat little gadget, hooks on the end of the air hose just like a fill chuck would. It's basically a tee. You know how all that stuff works, the high pressure creating a low pressure on the tee inlet, etc., etc. When I left, they gave me the tube deflator and the pressure guage and the fill chuck. I use the deflator to deform the right tire on the combine when I need to remove the feeder cross shaft without removing the feeder or the tire. | |
