As of the beginning of July over 17,000 farmers have decided to try and recoup some of the money they lost due to Syngenta's misrepresentations to the government and the farmers. Frankly I don't understand all the skepticism. Farmers have absolutely nothing to lose except a few hours of document gathering. Estimates are that 50,000 will file lawsuits before the deadline.
