Same thing as 32% just more water.
My 28 is always clear.
Why is 28 popular? Why not just use 32 and save the diluting? Seems to me there are more efficient ways to apply water to a field than with fertilizer equipment.
If you want to store UAN over winter in a climate that freezes you almost always have to have 28%, 32% will settle out when it freezes over winter.
