| I have bid on a couple farms like that here. What has happened every time is this. I make an offer based on their rules. The one farm actually he would have had a $50 an acre loss! All restrictions were yield killers. In the end the guy that got them told the landlord what he wanted to hear and that it would be done just as the LL requested. After the contract was signed the tenant did as he pleased. | |
