The point is, there IS enough recurring H2o, the powers that be have decided to dump it in the ocean instead of using it to grow crops, This spring rivers that in a natural state would be nearly dry were running full flows of stored irrigation and municipal water straight into the ocean for "enviromental" reasons, None of this is based on sound biological studies, it's based on some Judges interpretation of an enviromentalist lawsuit that the powers that be declined to properly defend. | |
