I realize there are many wet areas around this year....believe me I've lived through 30 inches in one spring and five of seven ridiculously wet may/junes. But none of that has anything to do with Bill.
That said, it seems to have picked up some steam again and is leaving far heavier rains than it looked earlier. Perhaps I spoke too soon. My apologies.
