They are green stink bugs, pretty common here in the south. Are the beans blooming yet? At full bloom the threshold is five per twenty five sweeps. as the beans progress and pods form the its 8-9 per 25 sweeps, if you are using a sweep net. a cheap pyrethroid will take them out.
