Well first of all it's very obvious what one guy calls a drought the other says it was just some missed rains.
After reading your all's posts u guys up north have no clue what a drought even is or have ever had one.
A drought is when it doesn't rain and you have no subsoil moisture and your crop withers and dies. Your trees die and wells dry up. Your worried about survival.
A flood you can fish lol
But over all it's painfully obvious that up north their is no such thing as a drought
