I had another good week I'm down another 2.2 pounds for the week, bringing me to 15.8# since starting the diet. I'm 5.2 pounds away from my initial goal so it's right around the corner.
I was doing good until yesterday, Karen made a new rhubarb recipe. It had coconuts, pecans and sort of cake mix and topped that with ice cream and it was fantastic. She says I only one serving a day so we'll see what next week brings :-). | |
