Down 1 pound for the week (at 158 now). The weather is getting nice in central Illinois and I had fun trying to beat my son in a 5K on Saturday morning (he won his age group and beat me by 20 seconds despite not running for 6+ weeks and I got 2nd in my group) and did 6.1 miles in 55:30 up and down the hills at Lake Thunderbird this afternoon. Feeling fine tonight!
