| I've got their books. Just don't have any vodka. I didn't do cold, cold, cold. It was a bit of a last minute thing to bake the pie. The crust had good flavor, just not the texture I wanted. Practice, practice, practice I think. The rolling out is what's kicking my butt at the moment. I can't keep it from cracking and splitting as I roll it out. I'll overcome. in the mean time, the pie I made tasted really good. Just not a state fair contestant.
