Belleville IL | I have a CharBroil Infered grill and use it to smoke my ribs. I rub my ribs in equal parts chili powder and peprika with brown sugar and some red pepper. I remove one of the end burner grates. Set grill on lowest heat with end burner set at medium. I use three aluminum pans with a hand full of wood chips in them covered with foil. Change out chips every 20-30 minutes only use 1 pan at a time. I shoot for 2.5 to 3 hours of cooking. I place the ribs on the top rack to cook. The last hour I place them in foil with butter and more dry rub. They come out perfect this way. You can seach my username I have posted picures of it on here before. | |
