NW Washington | Just make up your mind that you want to quit and that you are going to gut it out until you are not hooked any more. Keep busy as you will be jumpy and nervous as a cat.
Warn your wife and family that you will be a nervous and maybe a little grouchy for a while. But it gets better the longer you last. Good luck and hang in there.
