Could work well,,,may not work also.
What will NOT work is making your family live in the construct zone. Plus if it sells and you cant find something next to buy where do YOU go????Unless you have next project bought before selling last.
Over all living in a reno does NOT work.
If you want to do this buy one, fix and then live there and do next one as a straight flip
