You,lol be edges an irratibel and be prepared by spring to buy new work clothes as you,lol put on 10 to 15 lbs. as I took up eating more as chewing curbed my appetite i think but now in my mid 50s it has come back off. Metabolism chgs again in early 50s I used to chew 2 to 2 1/2 cans Kodiak a day. Few yrs after you been a successful quitter you,lol look at chewers an see how nasty is was, | |
