Northwest Iowa

I talked to a farmland owner west of Casa Grande about 20 miles, she said good land with water $20k per acre but 5 yeas ago 50k per acre. My brother bought a house this past spring for 140k that sold 5 years ago 334k. I think it is slowly going up and the best bargains were 2012.
