First of all, I'm gonna guess you're way more right than wrong on having your corn marketed. I like your thoughts on July, I'd look at some vertical bull call spreads if you want a form of re ownership.
A 3.60/4.10 is around .16 differential, already a touch in the money. Yeah, tornado(s) and grain bins don't mix well together...
