East Central Ia | I understand where your coming from now. It would take more planning then I accomplished this spring to leave designated strips during pre plant N applications to make up the N difference during an in season top dress application lol.
My luck I would lay it all out and then do it wrong and double up somewhere and short somewhere else lol.
But in truth it will still be a bit different as the forms of N would be different.
I like the AMS but the analysis just doesn't suit well for a non blended mix while trying to utilize both the sulfur and nitrogen. | |
