There has been some research done by a fellow from the A&M research station with peanuts in drip irrigation. It doesn't work. The peanuts never did well. I don't know if any of this was published or not.

They have a research farm just north of us.


Cotton and drip looks very, vey good! 4-5 bales an acre!! There are 2-3 farms between Lamesa and Big Spring right next to main highway that are drip irrigated.

Would you believe it's raining here?! Been showering since noon!
William came home from Big Spring (Howard College) with a front wheel bearing out on his pickup. We took it apart and he has gone to find new ones in Hobbs now.
Had planned on doing some dove hunting after the boys finished mowing yards but the rain has the birds in hiding and the grass too wet to mow.
