We have a 30 ft. wheeler it's a '96 model and yes it has some rust but unless you buy alum. that's going to happen.As for your question yes you can unload for one spot, once we get in the right position we can swing our auger under and open both doors without moveing the truck but you will have to move the auger back and forth we are happy with our wheeler(haven't been exposed to anything better yet LOL) but before you buy a jet you better talk to some folks who have one have seen on here guys complaining about the trap doors being hard to open and no real fix I may be wrong but check first. hope I helped some.
