Pasco WA. | Got the bill today for one of my rented off brand pivots that is located less than 10 miles from the dealer. $262 labor bill to troubleshoot and replace a capacitor/resistor and saftey relay. How in the world could a professional technician run up that high of a labor bill for something so simple? On top of that they charged a fuel surcharge of $10. Even a gas hog would have had a hard time burning that much gas in a 20 mile trip. Thats just complete gouging on the surcharge. At least the parts only cost $40. I am still trying to decide how I am going to handle it. Pay the bill and never call them again, or complain. The bill from my normal dealer would have been $85 for an hours labor and no fuel surcharge. | |
