Could be the valve, but this series of NH seem to need the o-rings replaced in the valve stack on the primary and secondary shuttle valves about every 5000 hours. You can do this yourself. I've done it once and tore down the entire valve stack. Next time I'll just pull out the shuttle vavles now that I know how to get to them without tearing everything apart.
