That recycled concrete is good stuff. I have it in a couple places around the yard. After it is packed and gets some moisture on it, its nice.
That is what my shop floor will be, almost as good as the real thing. But at a fraction of the cost. And by using that as my base, when I can afford more cement, I will not have to add filler sand. Just lay the rerbar down and go
