I don't think it was as wide spread as they thought, everyday they would say it was still coming and lower the rain chances. When they keep doing that odds are against the rain. Weather this year just scares me , there is just no flow like we are used to. Dry all winter, a little rain this spring, storms heading west instead of east. Just a strange year so far.
