NW central IL | let me get this straight, he and about 65-70%+ had troubles all year on a product that never got fixed after multiple attempts to fix things and its his fault for buying it. if they are selling a product,IT SHOULD WORK, if not, THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO FIX IT. these clowns didn't have fixes to problems and just kept throwing mud at the wall till something stuck.(the s/w updates) would a lemon law come into effect here? im not familiar with it personally, but I thought it was like they have so many attempts to fix the same problem. the guys I talked to with them had the same problems over and over with no fixes, no new problems all the time.
