Jackson County, AL | We've stopped planting beans because ground was too hard on high ground. Wet ground would plant but they've been giving rain for days and we'd have a mess if we planted it as heavy as some of it is. Don't know what to do. Yes, it's dry, but can't get the planter in the ground. Probably hard to explain all that to the government. We could finish beans in just a few hard days with two 30ft planters so erring on the side of caution. |
