Kingston,Mi | We disassembled a similar sized bin in 2 days over a weekend using the companies flatbed and 1 tire truck to supply air. The 4 of us knew that righty tighty and lefty loosey was how bolts work and that the smaller the pieces, the less they weighed. The new owner (my boss at the tire shop) borrowed 3 manual jacks from the company that was going to put it back together and they provided some advice. It wasn't that bad a job, had it on the 12 ft. flatbed mid afternoon of the second day. It was equipped with a burner, fan, a transition, air floor on z shaped stands and a stir-a-tor. Getting the stir-a-tor down was the hardest part. Bin sales company poured the foundation and floor then rebuilt the bin, served Charley until he quit farming then the next owner. The move would have been about 25 miles, so the excavator wasn't an option.
Edit: we also had the assembly maypole to disassemble the roof when we brought down to the top ring. Marked each sheet with position and ring number and the same with the roof.
