Anderson County Kansas | Reading all the post about guys that choose not to plant even when the ground is fit. If you turn down a chance to plant in the approved planting time for your area by crop insurance, should you be able to take preventive planting if you don't get it planted later. It is my opinion you shouldn't. If you had the chance to plant and it was after the early planting date, then you should be on your own. FLAME AWAY.
