Those are the textbook correct settings.

PWM frequency needs to stay at 200. Deviations in that setting tend to make a hydraulic drive wildly unpredictable.

PWM gain could be fine tuned. Higher settings will make it change speeds more aggressively, which can cause it to overshoot the target population when making rate changes. Lower settings will smooth out rate changes, but if set too low it can make the system sluggish. It is rare that I find a need to change this setting from the textbook recommendation, but it has happened.

The textbook setting for ZFO on this machine is 33. It is not uncommon for fine tuning to find a different number works better, but it's usually +/- 5 or so from the standard setting.

As for the flow, I'm not accustomed to working on a 3800 (none in my area). Does that planter have a dual drive? If so, I'd set the SCV to maximum. The PWM valve will only draw as much flow as the system needs, so setting the SCV to maximum will not waste any flow, and will ensure the SCV is never a bottleneck.
