Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot
Lol. Or a 390, or a 460. Even the venerable SB chevy was nothing to brag about in a stock, carbed version.

Our perceptions change over time. I remember when I first got a diesel, a 6.9 powered Ford. Granted, I was highway driving empty most of the time, but I thought that thing was incredible. The mileage was good, power was good, very reliable. Now? I hate driving it down to the field. If I can't drive a Duramax that rides like a Cadillac and has 3x's the hp, I'm just not happy.
