I am not a fan of putting 32% at burn down. Most of it will be wasted and why feed weeds? I would suggest adding your softening/pH adjusting agent. The biggest problem I see with you water is the pH. It needs to be below 6 which is difficult for AMS to do with your hardness. Glyphosate performs best when pH is adjusted. Get some ph strips and check before and after. I also suggest giving yourself an hour to allow the water to adjust to make sure you have solved the high pH. We have been doing this for years and it seems to be the best approach.
