Don't know any thing about NH3 but if you hold the meter cal button down it will switch from desity to the meter cal, but it sounds like its somehow got set to a dry application
If you hold the CE button while you trim it on that reset the controller
And reprogram it
What flashes in the screen if you hold down the self test button?
