2200 sq ft house, full basement. 120k btu LP furnace. Always warm no matter the temp outside. House built in 2007. Only trouble I have had is condensation building up in the air exchanger, would not allow the furnace to use the second stage on the two speed fan, then the furnace could not keep up and would constantly cycle off and on and not maintain temp.
