David Loberg Northeast Nebraska | I have a John Deere 1986 690B Excavator that was a secondary machine to our 200CLC. I cracked the ring and sun gear in one of the track planetaries, and am trying to figure out what to do with it. With parts and labor, I'll get more into than what it's worth, but other than the bad planetary, the thing runs great and still works excellent. It either needs to go to parts, or someone that can find the parts and time to get it back together on the cheap. Are there any salvage yards that specialize in excavators etc. that anyone knows of in my area? Tried a google search and didn't come up with much... |
