Seaford, Delaware
After pulling fuel samples the last few days the biggest problem I see is water causing most of the gelling issues. A good quality winter additive should lower the Cold Filter Plugging Point (CFPP) 15-25 degrees below the original which is equivalent to a 70-30 blend of #1 and #2 fuel. The testing I have done this will get you down to around -20 degrees. I further protection is needed, I would recommend mixing in some #1 as well as additizing.
