For the money I would just put a EZ steer on it. What are you doing with a 865 that you need 2 inch autosteer? Stripping or Broadacre tillage? The Trimble integrated system is plug and play, pretty sweet setup. 700's I would put a Trimble/Insight in it, which I have a 765 with the Insight on HP. I just put two EZ steers in this weekend. One quad and one 9400 JD. The quads work awesome and was alittle disappointed in the slop in the steering bracket on the 9400, but I got it working fairly good also. Never been around the JD steering motor. |
