Is everything on "top" that you can see, look dry?


Are you sure it is fuel and not oil?  


Honestly, you will probably have to steam clean or wash out that "valley area" as best you can and blow if off/out; then run it and find where you first see fuel starting to come out.(up front, under pump, or towards rear back by governor housing).
