not really worried about loss of corn silage and wheat silage as much as $7 corn-so I put most of my effort on corn-earlage out of the stave silos is my least loss, and if your using those stave silo's you need to replaster them to keep the air out, more spoilage in the harvestore as water seems to condense on the inside walls-we also have to grease the wood doors so air doesn't get through the openings, that seems to help-silage bunker have more loss ,but Adam does not want to fight unloaders the rest of his life ,so we will probably make a bigger pit and we use the raven products-I think last year the tarp was 150x400 6ml and cost $2500-took over 400 tires to cover it and was just Adam and I that covered it-some tires where 18.4-38 and took us more then 1 day to do it-If I had to do it over-probably would have been just as cheap to build more stave silo's
