We built a 'monitor bar' that starts with the two bolt holes on the front pillar, and extends back to the two holes below the side window. It is a long stretch, so we made it out of pretty stout stuff (1.5" sq tubing IIRC), and also made it work around the pillar where all the fuses are located. Mounted the FMX on it just ahead of the fuse panel, and mounted the 2-way ahead of that...
