ND
With Trimble bought through a Case IH dealer you can have 24/7/365 phone and email support from AFS Support. They are the back bone for the support of Case IH OEM and the after market (Trimble) equipment. They are the people that I call when I cant figure something out.

Your dealer might have a support plan that you can be a part of or they can get you hooked up directly to AFS Support. For example our dealership charges $400 a year for access to AFS Support 24/7/365, AFS Academy (online training classes), and Update the farm (a one time trip to update all the equipment to the latest working firmware).

AFS Support also keeps the dealer in the loop when you call. That way, if you call because your steering quit working and the AFS Support team narrowed it down to a wire harness that got damaged, AFS Support will contact the dealer to go out to the field and replace the harness.
