I do not think I am non progressive. I think a better term would be selective progressive. My son (he graduated from high school in 1987) told me last Christmas time that I was the first and almost the only parent that had a computer when he was in high school.
I do not use text or internet on my cell phone though the both are available on my phone I have them blocked. I do use voice mail as I do not always hear the phone when operating equipment. I do not want to be distracted by text or internet while I am working.
Depending on nature of call I do not always leave a message on a machine. My cell phone number is not give out to every one, just the ones I would be willing to receive calls from. When I place a call to someone that I do not want to get a call from I put (*67) in front of the number and that blocks them from seeing the number I am calling from. I make all most all of my long distance calls on my cell phone as it is free with my plan.
