You'll find people that fall into both camps. Best thing you can do is go into the cell phone store and see which one you prefer using. Perform the same functions on each, such as making a phone call, browsing the web, taking a picture, etc... and see which one you like.

Answering your question is about as easy as stating if green or red equipment is the way to go. Both have pros and cons, both have a line of implements, both will break down... Either color lineup though will outperform the 4 legged horses which is what your flip phone is.
