Had same problem as well. Solenoids in black box get quite a bit of dust to them. Why they didn't put some sort of filter on the outlet of these, I'll never know, but the offending solenoid was gummed with dirt pretty badly. Thankfully, we had an extra one not being used, so I swapped them around.
