There may be an issue with your main antenna cable or antenna. Even though you have two antennas, the primary antenna on those is the most important. What happens if you just switch the outer two antenna cables on the back of your modem? If things turn around, replace the bad one. If not, is there a chance that something close to your antennas is interfering with reception?
