| I have been trying to recruit more non-ag students to take the class but haven't had much success yet.
Most of the students seem to be students that have enjoyed taking other standard agronomy classes with me.
I do some outreach to non-ag students through guest lectures in other departments.
regarding discussion of GMOs, in previous classes my analysis of GMOs has focused mostly on economic, social and ecological issues rather than health effects.
