There should be an option on the Insight to "jump start" the drives (i.e. get them spinning up to speed) before you drop the planter in the ground. This would be used before you start-off after anytime you come to a stop in forward motion with the planter. And yeah, flat square fields are much easier to do than terraced hills with curves/point-rows.
