The ruling elite have thier cradle to grave free health care covered by us.
The problem with us living longer, or too many of us living, is we get expensive, and detract from THIER bottom line.
Any livestock guy should understand the mechanics of it, but last I checked, only a certain bunch amoung us consider people the same as livestock.
