Make sure the clutch control module is getting full voltage. I had a problem on mine yesterday that the integra said it was disengaging the clutches, but they weren't stopping. Traced it down to being liw voltage to the clutch module. Mine is fed power through the aux power cable tha has a two pin deutsch connector and ten gauge wires. This connector at the tractor was not making full contact. I replaced that connector with a twist lock from the hardware store and took care of the problem. Maybe this doesn't apply to you, but if you have that two wire connector for heavier power loads, i would check it out.
