The hand pickers are after #1-#4 also called 1a,1b,2a, 2b. That are 0"-1.25" in Dia. The Machine pick in my area are after #4- #6 also called 2b, 3a, 3b that are 1.25"-2" in Dia. The 2b (1.25"-1.5") are chunked, sliced, speared, or canned whole. The 3a 1.5"-1.75" are mostly used for McDonald's hamburger slices. The 3b 1.75"-2" are used for spears or 1 single pickle in the pouch sold in convenient stores and prisons The cukes in the bins are 3b
